Who processes your data

The controller is the owner of Orkhold. Contact: soporte@orkhold.com.

What we store

• Game account: a device identifier, your character's name, the chosen model and, once registration is live, your email and a hashed password.
• Game data: your inventory, your fort layout, raids made and received and your score.
• Technical: IP address and date of each connection, in server logs, for 30 days.

We don't collect location, contacts or anything from your phone outside the game. There are no ads or third-party trackers on the website or in the game.

Why

So the game works: saving your progress, matching you with other players, showing the leaderboard and resolving raids. And to answer you if you write to us.

Who we share it with

Nobody. Your character's name and score are public inside the game and on this website's leaderboard; nothing else.

Where

On a server in the European Union.

For how long

As long as you have an account. If you delete it, everything of yours is removed within 30 days, except technical logs, which expire on their own.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to soporte@orkhold.com from your account's email. Once registration is live you'll be able to delete the account from the Account section. If you think we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Minors

Orkhold is not aimed at children under 14. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under that age without parental consent, we delete it.

Cookies

The website uses one cookie to remember your language and stores your chosen theme in your browser. Nothing else. No third-party cookies.
